Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily food preparation, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality meals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer preferences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and excellent customer service
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
