We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at L&L Hawaiian BBQ in San Diego, CA.
About the RoleAs an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $60,000 per year, offering a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance customer experience
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients to meet business standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
