### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and visitors, and supporting various departments within the facility.
### Key Responsibilities
* Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer and respond to incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
* Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including Risk Management, Intake, and Human Resources
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
### Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, including common computer software programs
* Valid State Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
* Certified in CPR and First Aid
### Skills and Abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
### Work Environment
The work environment for this position is a basic office environment in a facility setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
### Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
### Therapeutic Hold
The employee may occasionally be required to physically restrain clients, using authorized hold procedures as a last resort for protection of resident and staff.
