Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to provide essential administrative support to our medical clinic. As the first point of contact, this role will play a crucial role in problem-solving, organization, and time management to facilitate the smooth and productive flow of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Manage patient medical records, updating and filing as necessary.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain consent forms as required.
  • Return patient phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls accurately, greeting patients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow organizational policies on safety and security, maintaining restricted areas and safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction through efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment, anticipating supply needs and expediting orders as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment
