Position Summary

Your engineering skills will be pivotal in multidisciplinary research initiatives aimed at enhancing ground combat vehicles. Expertise in embedded systems development, computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous navigation will be essential in driving forward the development of optionally manned systems for the Department of Defense.

Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship management are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a personable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Engage with clients to translate complex platform requirements into structured engineering tasks.
  • Oversee the development and integration of vehicle system architectures.
  • Conduct subsystem and system-level integration and testing of vehicle electronics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive System Level Plans.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with vehicle systems and leadership in large-scale projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in Functional Decomposition and Capability Development.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various facilities and test centers.
  • Experience with data networks across multiple security layers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in process development and improvement management (CMMI).
  • Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering (DE).
  • Experience with military systems in large projects.
  • Knowledge of integrating data networks across security domains.
