Position Overview: Become an integral part of CinTel Corp's pioneering team, dedicated to engineering the future of combat vehicles for the U.S. Army. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center, engaging in a technically demanding and diverse career centered on manned and unmanned ground vehicles, robotics, vehicle electronics, and simulation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute your engineering expertise to multidisciplinary research initiatives focused on ground combat vehicles.
  • Utilize your skills in embedded systems development, integration, computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous navigation to enhance optionally manned systems for the Department of Defense's Science and Technology sectors.
  • Engage in strong customer interaction and relationship management, requiring excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
  • Lead programs or sub-projects, translating complex platform requirements into structured engineering components across various disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with military systems and leadership roles in significant projects.
  • Proficiency in team environments to guide and contribute to Vehicle Network and Data Architecture and Application Integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with Deterministic and Non-Deterministic Data Bus Architectures.
  • Experience in Functional Decomposition and Capability Development methods for new architectures.
  • Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, including SysML, UML, DoDAF, and UPDM.
  • Experience in developing and integrating data networks across multiple layers of information security.
  • Subsystem and System level integration and testing experience on vehicle electronics systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute System Level Plans.
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various customer and contractor facilities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in process development and improvement management (CMMI).
