Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided.
  • Handle questions related to shipping, order modifications, quotations, and general customer concerns with efficiency.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Update customer records in our database accurately during and after each interaction.
  • Manage and resolve less complex customer complaints, ensuring timely solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries from initiation to resolution.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing active listening and professionalism.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate customer records with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
