As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our organization, assisting clients with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and quotes by accurately entering catalog numbers, descriptions, pricing, and terms into the system.
  • Address inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order modifications/cancellations, and quotations, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Handle and follow up on complex customer complaints requiring reimbursement, repair, or replacement, ensuring resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Compile documentation, records, written correspondence, and files related to customer orders and complaints, maintaining follow-up reports on open quotations and orders on hold.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent of 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Experience in end-to-end account management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and relevant programs.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
