Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a Tech-Savvy Support Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our Support Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your technical and support expertise to assist our Global Support team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess and manage support tickets, determining effective solutions for internal requests.
  • Investigate and address bug reports related to our IT tools.
  • Refine requirements documentation to eliminate ambiguities.
  • Collaborate with our Data Analyst to create and enhance reports for metric requests, while maintaining comprehensive documentation on solutions and information systems.
  • Conduct audits of our information systems and develop technical solutions using various coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Java.
  • Implement solutions in a testing environment, ensuring proper functionality before production deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proactive and organized approach to work.
  • Experience in a fully remote environment with a global team.
  • Proficient in SQL and advanced spreadsheet functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Python or Java, with hands-on experience in both.
  • Ability to review and validate changes to technical documentation.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and knowledge of troubleshooting, security, and deployment practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with major project management tools, particularly Jira.
  • Familiarity with backend development languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk and cloud-based infrastructure.

Working Hours: You will be expected to work during standard local business hours, with flexibility for global team meetings.
