Position Overview:

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Training:
Training will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST for a duration of 10 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a consistent volume of incoming inquiries related to Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility, Invoicing, Claims, and other relevant topics.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of the Medicare Part D and/or Part C Medicare Advantage Programs, addressing all related questions.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and respond to their inquiries, including necessary follow-up calls.
- Maintain a polite demeanor and focus on delivering exceptional service to callers.
- Strive to anticipate unasked questions to minimize repeat calls.
- Fulfill commitments made to callers and take all necessary actions to resolve their issues and answer their questions.
- Navigate through Members' plan benefits, review Client's policies and procedures, and adhere to regulatory guidelines while utilizing multiple Client systems to research and provide complete answers.

Requirements:
- A passion for assisting others, natural empathy, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions to healthcare-related inquiries.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and successfully complete a customer service assessment.
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
- Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with full attendance.
- A background check is required for this position.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

Equipment and Workspace Requirements:
- A home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is necessary.
- The ability to connect your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet is required.
- A distraction-free workspace is essential.
