Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Brooksource. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software packages. You will also provide customer service and end-user training, as well as perform advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software packages
  • Provide customer service and end-user training
  • Perform advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties
  • Research and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity
  • Respond to escalated requests for technical support
  • Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years' experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer
  • Experience researching and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity
  • Experience responding to escalated requests for technical support
  • Experience documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems using applicable systems and tools
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Level 1, 2, and 3 desktop support
  • High speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
