Position Overview:
As a Medicaid Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their health benefits inquiries. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.50, along with comprehensive training and equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of inbound calls from Medicaid members, addressing issues related to health benefits such as SNAP and TNAF.
- Assist callers with password resets, application status inquiries, and updates to their applications.
- Guide customers through the online application process, ensuring they have the necessary support.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while managing challenging calls, particularly those involving denied or missing benefits.

Training and Schedule:
- Participate in a structured training program, designed to equip you with the skills needed for success.
- Work full-time with a schedule that includes availability during operational hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Excellent typing, grammar, and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to work in a quiet environment, free from distractions.
