Position Overview:
As a Medicaid Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to members regarding various health benefits, including SNAP and Medicaid. This role is vital in ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and guidance through their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of call types, including password resets, application status inquiries, and updates to member information.
- Assist clients in navigating the online application tools provided by the government.
- Manage multiple systems to accurately input and interpret data for callers.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive issues related to benefits.

Work Environment:
- This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
- Full-time hours with a structured schedule, including availability during operational hours from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $16.50, with bi-weekly pay.
- Comprehensive training program provided, along with necessary equipment.
- Full benefits package available from the start, supporting both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace free from distractions.

- Background and drug screening will be conducted.
- This position is not available to residents of certain states.
