As a Territory Sales Representative, you will leverage business development strategies to build a contractor base in the southern metro area, focusing on roofing, siding, windows, and more.

Your role will involve initiating customer interactions to uncover sales opportunities and fostering relationships that encourage repeat business.

Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize quotes to secure sales

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, warehouse staff, management, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of roofing (shingles, EPDM, TPO), siding, windows, and decking products is essential
  • Willingness to engage actively and assist when necessary
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive yet collaborative sales approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing goals and proactively build relationships with new groups
  • Capability to understand and respond quickly to customer needs
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on achieving goals
  • Proficient in keeping stakeholders informed throughout the decision-making process
  • Valid driving record
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to perform basic plan estimations and navigate specification documents
