The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting grocery stores in the Minneapolis territory, building relationships with store managers and staff, and increasing sales for our brand partners. You will work independently, but collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Visit 6-8 grocery stores per day to build relationships with store managers and staff
  • Increase sales for our brand partners through effective merchandising and selling techniques
  • Work with brand partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Collect and report sales data and other relevant information to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
