Job Overview

Exeltis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Women's Healthcare product line to OB/GYNs, high decile PCPs, and Planned Parenthood Clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the value of our Women's Health products and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data to determine potential and execute an action plan to meet and exceed sales expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff, delivering meaningful customer experiences.
  • Anticipate and address healthcare professional objections, questions, and concerns.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales management, regional teammates, and Commercial Team members as business needs dictate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, emphasis in the life sciences preferred.
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with documented sales success ranking in the top 25%.
  • Current relationships with OB/GYNs a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and action planning, as well as implementing all elements of sales execution.
  • Strong business acumen with proven territory management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player.
  • Ability for up to 10% overnight travel to manage territory and/or attend meetings.
