Territory Field Sales Representative

Basemakers, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Minneapolis territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grocery store managers and brand partners to drive sales growth and increase brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities- Visit 6-8 grocery stores per day to merchandize and sell brand products
- Work closely with brand partners to understand their needs and develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery store managers and other stakeholders
- Capture brand data and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Take ownership of in-store presence for our brands, including display execution, void filling, and off-shelf displays
- Positive mindset and high degree of emotional intelligence
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in or closely with grocery store operations or the ability to learn nuances of this type of background quickly
- Premium selling skills and passion to represent our brand partners
- Track record of success in a highly self-directed environment
- Valid license, clean driving record, registration, and auto insurance
- $46,000 base salary + $400 monthly vehicle reimbursement + $718 average monthly commissions
- Uncapped performance-based commissions
- Monthly vehicle and cell phone reimbursements
