Job Summary

Hire Connections is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Program Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive current education programs while developing and fostering new ideas and education initiatives within the multifamily industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a professional association, nonprofit organization, or related industry. They will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering educational programs tailored to the needs of client members in the multifamily housing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational content that addresses industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and professional development needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver educational programs.
  • Organize the day-to-day operations and execution of the annual education calendar, including scheduling, marketing, and administrative duties.
  • Play a critical role in organizing education segments of large-scale events.
  • Work with volunteer committees to support and craft overall education experiences for members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment in education programs.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees to events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Compile and analyze education and events sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and administer new talent initiatives to attract new talent to the multifamily industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program management.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing software systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
