Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver group seminars on commercial and cross-professional topics, including job application training, cultural techniques, and computer skills.
- Support individuals in their career planning and development, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct performance assessments and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.

Requirements:
