Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards for the survey group, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Staffing and Utilization: Work with survey service leaders and market leaders to optimize staffing, utilization, and workload to meet business needs.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow Westwood's local and national land survey presence, focusing on large-scale projects and strategic pursuits.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional survey license in the state of the office, with additional states preferred.
  • Education and Experience: Four-year degree preferred, with 10+ years of experience in a consulting business, including multi-discipline experience and a strong understanding of commercial, residential, and public infrastructure markets and projects.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, effective verbal communication, and independent judgment.
  • Business Development and Financial Management: Thorough knowledge and experience in business development, financial management, and project management.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
