Automotive Sales Consultant - Classic Honda

Classic Honda, part of the Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships, is a family-owned automotive group representing multiple new car brands and used car superstores. We operate on a straightforward pricing model, fostering a negotiation-free sales atmosphere where our team prioritizes customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling our dealership's offerings through superior sales strategies and exceptional customer service. In our negotiation-free environment, our sales consultants earn an hourly wage complemented by bonuses based on sales volume rather than vehicle pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ethical sales techniques while adhering to all company, DMV, state, and federal regulations.
  • Understand and implement the Holler-Classic Sales Process.
  • Present, demonstrate, and articulate the features and advantages of vehicles and aftermarket products effectively.
  • Close sales efficiently to achieve optimal profit margins while ensuring follow-up for client satisfaction and potential additional sales.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively for productive outcomes.
  • Maintain a thorough and current understanding of the products and services available for sale.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients consistently.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass background screening requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Compensation:

  • This is a non-exempt position with bonus potential. Pay structure will be discussed during the interview.
