Automotive Customer Service Consultant - Holler Hyundai, a family-operated network of automotive dealerships, representing multiple new car brands and pre-owned vehicle superstores, operates on a straightforward pricing model where management and staff embrace a no-haggle sales environment and a commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Consultants assist vehicle owners in maintaining their automobiles and understanding the importance of adhering to manufacturer maintenance schedules.

The Consultant fosters a vital and ongoing relationship with vehicle owners. We seek an experienced Consultant with prior dealership experience.
To excel in this role, an individual must be capable of performing each essential duty effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to fulfill the essential functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers and gather relevant customer and vehicle information.
2. Identify the nature of requested services and/or concerns. Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories while maintaining the role of an advisor to the customer.
3. Document clear and precise repair instructions on the service order for the technician.
4. Provide estimates for labor and parts.
5. Communicate with the service team to track job statuses throughout the day.
6. Notify customers via phone or text when services are completed and discuss the work performed.
7. Collaborate with all dealership personnel to ensure high-quality service.
8. Coordinate with manufacturers and/or warranty providers to obtain pre-approval for repairs and take necessary precautions to ensure payment.
9. Maintain knowledge of the products offered and their respective warranties.
10. Address customers' immediate service needs, using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach to suggest additional services.
11. Meet or exceed sales targets established by management.
12. Test drive vehicles as necessary to ensure that technicians have resolved issues effectively. Quality control checks significantly reduce the likelihood of return visits and enhance customer satisfaction.
13. Always aim to ensure that repairs are completed correctly on the first attempt.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in automotive service preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
