About the Role

Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist. Key Responsibilities
  • Teammate Support and Engagement: Partner with all Action Behavior Centers Teammates to provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience.
  • Teammate Attraction and Retention: Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement, and retention. Creates connections with Teammates to increase communication and understanding of the overall ABC value proposition.
  • Center-Level Insights and Interventions: Supports and drives Teammate engagement; creating connections with Teammates and leaders, evaluating centers, and developing center-level insights. Establishes action plans and is responsible for project managing center-based interventions alongside leadership.
  • Organizational Goals and Objectives: Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Responsible for responding to Teammate-relations inquiries in their territory (e.g., HR investigations, HR concerns, conflict resolution, performance management, and team development).
  • Employee Relations Strategies and Programs: Supports in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Human Resources Teammate-Related Function: Responsible for the Human Resources Teammate-related function, ensuring that all services to patient departments are effective, cohesive, consistent with the needs and objectives of the various client departments, as well as the institution as a whole.
  • Benefits Administration: Assists the administration functions of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs; responds to Teammate inquiries as well as evaluates and develops recommendations for improvements to faculty and staff employer-sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required (Masters preferred) in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance.
  • Location: Candidate must be located in the region applying for.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Critical thinking; ability to develop broad and holistic insights to drive Teammate retention and engagement. Skill in examining and interpreting policy implementation to understand impact to Teammate and business. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and work collaboratively as a HR strategic partner.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
  • Benefits Package: 10 days of Paid Time off, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days. Health/Dental/Vision. 401k with 2% match.
