About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Azerion Group. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking community of users across various games platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and polite manner
  • Assist players with issues related to our multiplayer poker games
  • Perform localization and other communication tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Dutch native speaker with advanced verbal and written skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including grammar, spelling, syntax, and typing
  • Experience in localizations and translations is a plus
  • Fluent English and other languages is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • Customer service experience and a confident, outgoing personality
  • Team player with computer and internet literacy
