Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Azerion Group. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking community of users across various games platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and polite manner
- Assist players with issues related to our multiplayer poker games
- Perform localization and other communication tasks
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Dutch native speaker with advanced verbal and written skills
- Excellent communication skills, including grammar, spelling, syntax, and typing
- Experience in localizations and translations is a plus
- Fluent English and other languages is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Customer service experience and a confident, outgoing personality
- Team player with computer and internet literacy
