Employee Relations Partner Job Description

Match Group is seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Partner to lead global investigations and foster a positive workforce culture. This role will involve conducting thorough investigations, managing case files, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve employee relations concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct unbiased investigations, analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Interview witnesses, assess credibility, and maintain confidentiality
  • Develop proactive strategies to address employee relations trends and improve workplace engagement
  • Collaborate with Employment Counsel and HR Leaders to drive business objectives and best practices
  • Participate in projects led by the Employment Law team as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in workplace investigations, with a focus on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
  • Prior employment law experience and knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employment policies and practices
  • Strong understanding of workplace investigations best practices and standards
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
