We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our team at Parkway Chevrolet.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Confirm all appointments for the day and review the log to identify unsold showroom traffic and no-show appointments.
  • Log all inbound and outbound calls, as well as accurately record all appointments on the Daily Appointment Log.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers to determine if they showed, sold, or purchased elsewhere.
  • Communicate thoroughly with team leaders to ensure proper handling of customers, including tracking of manager confirmation calls and detailed call descriptions.
  • Report any improper phone handling or procedural violations to the BDC Manager.
  • Distribute leads to salespeople as directed by management, following the log procedure.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
