Business Development Center Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our team at Parkway Chevrolet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Confirm all appointments for the day and review the log to identify unsold showroom traffic and no-show appointments.
- Log all inbound and outbound calls, as well as accurately record all appointments on the Daily Appointment Log.
- Make follow-up calls to customers to determine if they showed, sold, or purchased elsewhere.
- Communicate thoroughly with team leaders to ensure proper handling of customers, including tracking of manager confirmation calls and detailed call descriptions.
- Report any improper phone handling or procedural violations to the BDC Manager.
- Distribute leads to salespeople as directed by management, following the log procedure.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
