Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the NEXT Management team, you will provide top-level assistance to the co-founder and executive director. This includes calendar management, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails on their behalf. You will also be responsible for drafting documents, preparing for meetings, and communicating with other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as 2 years of experience in executive assisting and/or talent coordination at a talent agency. You should be proficient in Google Calendar, G-Mass, Outlook, Excel, Boomerang, and CRM systems. Bonus points if you can redline contracts.
