Your Role:

We are in search of a proficient Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves gathering and analyzing requirements for various operational functions, serving as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial products and operations, along with a solid grasp of technology. Proficiency in tools such as Jira for project management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for operational functions within the crypto investment sector.
  • Business and Technical Insight: Leverage knowledge of relevant business processes and technologies to evaluate feasibility and propose solutions that align with business needs.
  • Project Coordination: Develop and manage Jira tickets, ensuring thorough documentation of tasks and requirements. Create Jira dashboards to monitor project status and identify potential obstacles.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure that developed solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Data Structuring: Conduct data modeling activities to define data requirements and structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Understanding of Operations: Demonstrate a solid understanding of operational processes, including payment systems and transfers for both traditional and crypto-based solutions.
  • Web2 and Web3 Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in web2 and web3 technologies, applying this knowledge to inform technical requirements and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Operations Analyst, preferably with a focus on cryptocurrency.
  • Strong familiarity with Jira for project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and developing comprehensive test plans.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying; familiarity with Java or Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and payment systems, including both traditional and crypto-based solutions.
  • Awareness of web2 and web3 protocols, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.
