The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy and initiative, serving as the lead business analyst while contributing innovative ideas to enhance industry practices related to price risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and defining project requirements, benefits, and objectives.
- Tracking project progress and providing clear updates to management and senior stakeholders.
- Leading efforts to innovate and improve data quality through the establishment of effective controls.
- Collaborating with various Global Markets teams, including traders, CAOs, and technology groups.
Successful candidates will possess resilience, determination, and a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills:
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including expertise in business process mapping, control requirements, data analysis, and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to forge strong relationships to achieve a unified vision and objectives.
- Proficient financial, analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in defining and implementing consistent approaches to price risk across various business units.
- Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage project plans and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in product control, risk management, or internal audit within a large-scale trading environment.
- In-depth knowledge of global market products and associated reporting practices.
