About the Project:

  • The Business Analyst will work closely with our team to gather and create business requirements for our Mortgage Insurance Fund (MIF) project.
  • The goal is to re-platform processes on new technology to better leverage our limited housing resources.
  • The Analyst will report directly to the VP / Application Development Manager and will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance, housing, and business analysis.
  • Strong background in technology and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Excel, and Visio.
  • SQL Server and process-related standards.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful experience as a business analyst and proven history managing and delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year projects.
