  • Provide technical support to Central Office and facility personnel, as well as end users of IT systems.
  • Utilize various requirement elicitation techniques, including interviews and surveys, to develop effective workflow processes.
  • Create detailed reports and flowcharts that illustrate existing business workflows and processes.
  • Assist in gathering requirements for larger, more complex projects, including internal and external system interfaces.
  • Serve as a recording analyst on intricate projects.
  • Conduct specific system tests using scenarios developed by senior analysts.
  • Train end-user staff on new procedures and software applications.
  • Develop training materials and procedure manuals for end users.
  • Perform post-implementation reviews and assessments.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues within existing systems that arise during implementation or in production.
  • Support users of clinical software by participating in helpdesk rotations.
  • Provide real-time assistance for approved remote staff through helpdesk support.
  • Supervise a team of junior analysts.
