Role Description:
We're seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst with a proven track record in strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and technical evaluations. As a key contributor to our Operations Technology and Data organization, you'll work closely with partners and report directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategies into actionable business requirements
- Document current state processes and develop strategies for efficient process design
- Develop functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools
- Formulate design principles and technical integration evaluations (APIs) documenting technical requirements
- Ensure requirements are effectively communicated to technical development and implementation teams
- Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors
- Provide high-level project resolution and troubleshooting for business analysis team projects
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives for the team
- Determine project financial analysis of cost vs benefits
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Experience working on projects/initiatives around Data Governance, Client Data Strategy, and Client Hierarchy Definitions
- Ability to analyze vast data sets and provide inputs for technical system design formulation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across Operations Technology and Data Teams
- Experience working on Data Modelling, Data Definitions, and Data Glossary (preferred)
