About the team :
This team is part of the Advanced Professional Group. Highly skilled with extensive expertise, they develop large and/or intricate solutions that necessitate thorough analysis and research. They lead multiple projects or frequently serve as subject matter experts. They engage in projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across various technical domains and business segments.
What you will be doing:
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through comprehensive research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Devises or modifies procedures to address complex challenges, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operational time, and the desired results.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into appropriate system requirement specifications.Influences business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, and/or vendor selection.
Analyzes market trends, industry developments, company dynamics, technology advancements, and best practices, including vendor products and services.
Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives, and drivers.
What you bring:
8 to 10 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst
Strong background in the Banking Sector.
Proficient in Systematics
Extensive experience with standard office software, such as MS Office, Visio, MS Access, etc.
Solid experience in industry-standard process methodologies, e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO, CMM, etc.
Added bonus if you have:
Familiarity with Fidelity Information Services' products and services
Understanding of the business goals, objectives, and operations relevant to the appropriate FIS organization
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Understanding of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
