Position Summary
The role of Sales Process Improvement Manager is crucial within the Sales Operations team at Effectv, which is currently undergoing significant changes. This position is primarily focused on individual contributions, with potential growth into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing inbound, outbound, and core sales processes.
- Inbound Lead Management: Assess the efficiency of the lead origination process at each stage of the customer journey.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate how effectively leads are qualified, assigned, and converted into new business.
- Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement processes and tools for outbound sales initiatives.
- Core Sales Efficiency: Analyze how sales representatives utilize their time and optimize the integration of data, tools, and personnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to implement business process optimization solutions.
- Process Auditing: Conduct audits and analyses of sales processes to enhance efficiency.
- Sales Playbook Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook for the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and similar tools.
- Experience in drafting and refining lead and account assignment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to lead and influence change effectively.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
