  • Ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Micros register system and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Supervise dining room and room service operations, adhering to forecasting and staffing guidelines to optimize guest service and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance the hotel's dining operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, with Micros knowledge a plus.
