Propane Sales Representative

At Superior Plus Propane, we are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new non-residential propane customers within an assigned territory.
Using your consultative sales technique, you will present Superior products and services to new customers to achieve or exceed predefined sales goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Service Center Manager to develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Achieving step changes in sales results and profitability targets by maximizing face time with prospective non-residential customers.
- Maintaining an accurate database of customer activity and sales funnel within Salesforce.
- Preparing and confidently presenting sales proposals, including pricing and product/service terms to key decision makers.
- Building strong business relations with prospective non-residential customers and managing sales cycle by continually following up on their current business needs while anticipating future business needs.

Requirements include:
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience in commercial sales environment within vertical industries (propane or oil, construction, manufacturing, service-related industries).

- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage the sales process and maintain SalesForce database.
