We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a Recruiting Operations Executive who will play a pivotal role in our success.

As a Recruiting Operations Executive, you will take on diverse responsibilities that significantly impact our organization. Your primary focus will be on facilitating external interview arrangements between candidates and clients, as well as managing onboarding and training processes. This is a unique opportunity to influence the rapidly evolving tech industry while making a positive difference.

This position requires in-person attendance in our office, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST from Monday to Thursday, and remote work on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support and experiences to high-growth technology companies, ensuring a swift and efficient candidate process.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams and connect with top-tier startups, acting as a liaison between their hiring managers and SingleSprout.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with Recruiters and Clients, managing an average of 30 interviews daily across various platforms.
  • Handle the uploading and downloading of essential candidate and client information to our database and clients' ATS.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports to clients to ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Work collaboratively with different internal departments to meet clients' hiring objectives.
  • Manage multiple inboxes and filter quality candidate profiles for recruiters.
What This Role Is Not
  • Not a Solo Endeavor: You will be part of a team, and this role is not suited for those who prefer working independently.
  • Not Just Administrative: Your role goes beyond scheduling and data entry; you will be a vital link between candidates and clients.
  • Not Static: The tech industry is ever-changing, and this position is for those who thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Not for the Tech-Averse: You will engage with evolving technology platforms and tools, making adaptability essential.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in executive assistance or recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and updating a CRM or ATS.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar and other scheduling software.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for technology startups.
  • B.A./B.S. from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ethical standards.
