What would I be doing?

  • Review applications and schedule phone screens 
  • Complete phone screens
  • Coordinate leadership interviews and interview follow up
  • Work closely with various leaders and candidates, ensuring both are served well
  • Provide administrative recruiting support for the Director of Human Resources, and other leaders in the organization
  • Other duties may be assigned

What does winning look like?

  • Candidates and management have an A+ interview experience as a result of efficient , excellent, and consistent execution of the interview process
  • Applicable leaders are able to spend time on higher level Recruiting tasks as a result of effective administrative support
