In the role of Recruitment Specialist at SmartFinancial, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber talent to enhance our vibrant team. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior executives, you will customize recruitment strategies to address specific staffing needs. Your objective is to optimize the hiring process while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.

Compensation: $67k-$100k annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to establish staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and arrange in-person interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
