Job Summary

Wylander, a leading provider of disaster restoration services, is seeking a highly skilled Crew Chief Lead to join our team. As a Crew Chief Lead, you will play a critical role in responding to emergencies and restoring properties damaged by various causes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Damage Assessment and Restoration Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the required restoration services and develop effective drying plans.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate with a variety of customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Water Extraction and Cleanup: Extract water from flooded structures and remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain all necessary equipment, including drying equipment, and ensure that all tools and supplies are clean and well-maintained.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork to record job notes and utilize proprietary software as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in water mitigation is a plus, but not required. Wylander will provide training for IICRC, WRT/ASD, and MRT certifications.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to recognize and solve problems independently, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset.
