As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing business objectives, managing P&L, finance, operations, and commercial excellence across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, research emerging trends, and drive innovation.
- Establish and maintain production and quality control standards, budget, and cost controls to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Provide guidance on manufacturing process planning, including personnel, material, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure adherence to established costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize production and resource utilization.
- Review operational reports, identify areas for improvement, and drive resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
- Determine organizational responsibilities and staff positions to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in global operations management, with a proven track record of driving strategic business initiatives and projects.
- Strong understanding of lean systems, industry best practices, and Six Sigma methodologies.
