  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience in global operations management, with a proven track record of driving strategic business initiatives and projects.
  • Strong understanding of lean systems, industry best practices, and Six Sigma methodologies.
