Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Brand Manager for EGO plays a pivotal role in assisting with the formulation and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand value and visibility. This position is integral to the Brand Marketing team and reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager.

  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to establish a comprehensive vision for the brand. Gain in-depth insights into consumer behavior and the target demographic to inform strategic positioning, product development timelines, and demand generation tactics.
  • Product Launch: Facilitate all marketing efforts associated with new product introductions. This includes the creation of visual assets, defining product features and benefits, overseeing packaging design, and managing in-store promotional strategies to ensure a successful launch across various categories.
  • Product Line Reviews: Work alongside the Brand Manager and coordinate with Product, Channel, and Sales teams to prepare presentations for retail partners. Integrate brand strategy with market trends and sales strategies.
  • Brand Advertising: Contribute to the creation of marketing plans designed to increase market share and broaden brand reach. This encompasses collaboration with advertising agencies, internal creative teams, and digital and retail marketing departments.
  • Brand Protection: Partner with the Legal team to secure trademarks for product names and logos.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the brand champion within the organization and with external stakeholders. Work closely with global teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative approach.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and sales metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the home goods sector, particularly with major retailers, is a plus.
