ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Healthcare Product Marketing Manager at Endotronix, you will be instrumental in spearheading the marketing initiatives for the launch of the Cordella Pulmonary Artery Sensor System. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Marketing, this role encompasses a balanced mix of strategic and tactical marketing efforts. You will work closely with Field Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Operations, and R&D teams to drive both commercial marketing and product development activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the introduction of new products and software enhancements from pilot phases through regulatory clearance to market launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external field personnel and internal operations, R&D, and regulatory units.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, budgeting, profit forecasting, and future product development.
- Managing the creation and distribution of training materials for existing and new products, ensuring effective communication of clinical data, competitive positioning, and industry developments to support informed sales and marketing efforts.
- Building and maintaining a thorough understanding of products and markets, including clinical workflows and financial assessments. Represent the product category in educational and training programs, as well as system performance documentation.
- Collaborating with Clinical, R&D, and Operations teams to understand market trends and relay insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Designing and implementing marketing and sales tools, such as sales aids, product brochures, and training manuals, to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing activities.
- Conducting Voice of Customer initiatives, including survey creation, interviews, and summarizing findings to guide the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Creating product training materials and supporting the commercial field team to enhance product adoption and growth.
- Developing marketing demonstrations, technical training kits, tradeshow materials, and other marketing collateral to boost product visibility and engagement.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits, competitive landscape, and current customer and sales force challenges to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of Endotronix.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant business experience; 2-3 years in healthcare, preferably within the cardiovascular medical device sector.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting complex data to guide market and product strategies.
- Experience in market research methodologies, including conjoint analysis, focus groups, field trials, and surveys.
- Proficient in market and account segmentation, with the ability to develop targeted campaigns based on outcomes.
- Experience in ROI analysis for investments in new products and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results and a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and negotiation.
- Effective verbal and written communication with medical professionals, scientists, peers, and senior management.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.
- A collaborative team player.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- BA/BS required; Master's/MBA preferred.
