The Channel Marketing Manager for Outdoor Power Equipment plays a crucial role in fostering profitable market share growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing & Product Assortment:
    • Lead long-term strategic planning initiatives.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of cross-functional business plans and objectives.
    • Guide brand strategy and positioning for designated customers and channels.
    • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities.
  • Channel & Customer Engagement:
    • Analyze and understand key objectives and strategies of channel partners.
    • Direct customer line review strategies and development processes.
  • New Product Launch Strategy:
    • Design and implement comprehensive commercialization plans for new products in collaboration with brand, sales, and product teams.
    • Lead the creation of channel-specific launch materials and programs.
  • Co-Marketing & Merchandising:
    • Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with customers and channel partners.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling sales and promotional materials tailored to customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in channel management or account management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing pricing strategies in retail settings.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with key business metrics such as sales and gross margin.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require up to 15% travel, including occasional international travel.


Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting with the option for hybrid work arrangements. Regular communication with international teams via email and video conferencing is expected.
