As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will engage in comprehensive economic research, scrutinizing financial data, and crafting insightful reports and recommendations for management.

Your role will involve contributing to forecasts and trend analyses concerning revenues, expenses, currency fluctuations, and various business sectors, while also investigating and reporting on economic developments to aid in the organization's financial strategy.

Utilizing your financial expertise, you will assist in developing financial models for potential scenarios that inform future business decisions, particularly in areas such as new marketing initiatives and alternative operational models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and exemplify a Christ-like demeanor in all interactions.
  • Advocate for child welfare and adhere to child protection principles in all decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure financial integrity and accountability across all programs.
  • Prepare segments of the annual budget, collecting and analyzing input from stakeholders for approval.
  • Conduct research on economic trends and apply findings to enhance financial planning.
  • Provide analytical support and respond to inquiries from clients, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively on financial analysis projects, evaluating capital expenditures, investment opportunities, and financial statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience related to financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Adept at mastering new systems and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
