We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Ministry Brands. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Diocesan clients and prospective clients to increase revenue and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Present and sell new products to our Diocesan prospects & clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with prospects & clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert
Requirements
  • Passionate about technology solutions and enthusiastic about helping purpose-driven organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience within the catholic/faith-based marketplace, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure
