Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Present and sell new products to our Diocesan prospects and clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with prospects and clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert.
- Passionate about technology solutions and enthusiastic about helping purpose-driven organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Experience within the Catholic/faith-based marketplace, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.
