Account Executive Role at Tombras

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Tombras, a leading national advertising agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, providing leadership on project implementation, and ensuring the smooth cooperation between internal agency departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction
  • Provide leadership on project implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Interface with internal agency departments and clients to advise on project status and ensure smooth cooperation
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop tactics that achieve client objectives
  • Manage digital jobs related to web, mobile, online media, PPC, social media, and more
  • Perform research on client products or services as needed and benchmark against competitors
  • Responsible for opening jobs, tracking them through to completion, and reviewing and managing budgets for all client work
  • Conduct status meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Coordinate all activities with the agency team and provide ongoing direction and status

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Account Executive/Project Management experience in a traditional or interactive agency
  • Thorough understanding of creative development and production processes for traditional and interactive media-based programs
  • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Experience assisting with client presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs, and working in a Mac environment
  • Equivalent experience or a degree in advertising, communications, or communications studies
