Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services, educating contractors about the company's value proposition and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate sales leads and prospects through cold calling, canvassing, and other means.
  • Maintain strong relationships with field employees and ensure they are equipped to meet client needs.
  • Manage and transmit information to support the sales process, including maintaining client sales files and attending required meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is a plus.
