Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of nine years of professional experience in social services program delivery.
  • At least one year of experience in a managerial capacity overseeing social services programs.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field may substitute for additional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in human services or public administration.
  • Experience in managing home and community-based services.
  • Proven track record in quality assurance management within human services.
