We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Associate Director of Community Options within the Department of Social Services. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing essential contracts and ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations regarding Home and Community-Based Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage significant contracts and programs within Home and Community-Based Services, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
- Work collaboratively with the Director to set program goals, objectives, and policies that align with the Department's mission.
- Lead a diverse team, offering guidance and support to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to enhance service delivery and achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop strategic initiatives to optimize service provision.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of nine years of professional experience in social services program delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a managerial capacity overseeing social services programs.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field may substitute for additional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in human services or public administration.
- Experience in managing home and community-based services.
- Proven track record in quality assurance management within human services.
